Mike Willson - Senior Player Development Executive
Mike believes that once you come to Valley Forge Casino Resort, all other casinos will fail in comparison. Why? Because Valley Forge provides a first-class experience with which no other casino can compete. Mike knows this based on his extensive experience working in the casino industry in various host and relationship positions. In fact, he has won seven service awards for his work. Mike is a one-of-a-kind player development executive. He does whatever it takes to make sure that guests are happy. In fact, thousands of guests have followed him with each career move and have come with him to Valley Forge. He attributes his success to being a people person who knows how to meet your needs.
Lynn Tran – Executive Director of Asian Player Development
Lynn’s commitment to superior guest service is a mission, not a one-time event. Starting in 1993 as an Asian Marketing Executive, Lynn quickly learned the importance of providing the best in customer service for VIP clientele. Since starting in Atlantic City, Lynn has worked in various markets across the country and knows that success comes from building a guest service based culture from the ground up. She attributes her success to hiring and training the best Casino Executives to provide world class service to our VIP guests.
Scott Costner – VIP Hospitality Host
Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Scott came to Valley Forge Casino Resort in March 2012 as part of the Grand Opening Team. He started as a Players Club Attendant which allowed him to interact first with every customer. Eight months later, he was promoted to become a VIP Hospitality Host. He has the desire to build and deepen relationships with our guests and believes every guest is here to enjoy themselves. His job is to make sure he provides each guest with world class customer service while wearing a smile. Scott is also “The Voice of Valley Forge Casino” emceeing our car giveaways, blackjack tournaments and many other sweepstakes/giveaways.
Emily Li – Player Development Executive
Emily brings over 13 years of casino experience to Valley Forge Casino Resort. Throughout her casino career, Emily has worked as a table games supervisor and Asian Executive Host. With this diverse skillset, Emily is an excellent addition to the VFCR Player Development team. She is committed to providing a first class experience for every guest she meets.
Brad Jeffreys – VIP Hospitality Host
Brad is highly motivated to personally ensure each guest has a first-class experience, and he knows the definition of first-class better than most! With more than 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, he’s worked at high-end restaurants and hotels throughout the United States and abroad. Don’t be shy to ask him for dinner recommendations—he has a degree from the Culinary Institute of America.
Alex Tieu – Player Development Executive
Alex started his career in 1998 as an Asian Executive Host at a Connecticut casino. In 2006, Alex moved to Atlantic City and gained experience working with different casino organizations. Alex values his close and personal relationships with customers and consistently provides prompt, high-quality guest service.
Pete Donahue – VIP Services Host
Pete is the newest member of the Valley Forge Casino Resort VIP Host team. After interning here at VFCR in college and building his experience, Pete joined the team with his passion for providing top notch service to our loyal guests. Pete is dedicated to our customers and works to create strong relationships and memorable experiences. Outside of work you’ll find Pete keeping up with all his favorite Philly sports teams.
