LP STEAK DEBUTS 7-7-7 HAPPY HOUR AND NEW BAR MENU FEATURING MILLIONAIRE’S MACCHERONI, BABY BACK RIBS AND A TWIST ON THE DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER

King of Prussia, PA — LP Steak at Valley Forge Casino Resort (1160 First Avenue) debuts several new dishes and specials during 7-7-7 happy hour and a new bar menu. Every Monday through Friday, enjoy discounted $7 appetizers and $7 drinks from 5 to 7pm. Highlights from the kitchen including Chef Luke Palladino’s Millionaire’s Maccheroni (with prosciutto, parmesan cream, black truffle poached egg, gold leaf) and family-recipe Handcrafted Pierogies (with farmers cheese, caramelized onions, sage and brown butter). At the bar, look for the debut of the bar menu featuring Palladino’s twist on the Double Cheeseburger featuring LP special sauce, house made pickles, smoked gouda cheese, onion marmalade lettuce, tomato and 1732 smoked paprika bacon. Other bar exclusive dishes include Foie Gras in a Pot and Baby Back Ribs. The bar menu is available during normal operating hours (Sunday through Thursday, 5 to 10pm, and Friday and Saturday, 5 to 11pm), as well as extended hours on select nights.

ABOUT CHEF LUKE PALLADINO

Chef Luke Palladino is a graduate of the esteemed Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, NY and spent many years living and cooking in Italy. From 1997 to 1999, Palladino was executive chef and partner at Venice’s internationally celebrated Ristorante al Covo. Prior to his time at al Covo, Chef Palladino immersed himself in the culture and cuisine of Italy’s varied regions, spending time at restaurants in Rome, Piemonte, Puglia, Fruili, Sicily and Tuscany.
