Valley Forge Casino Resort Introduces ‘Double Down Happy Hour’
Low table limits, half-price drinks and food specials offer guests a one-of-a-kind Happy Hour experience.
King of Prussia, PA (March 10, 2015) — On March 16, Valley Forge Casino Resort (VFCR) kicks off “Double Down Happy Hour,” the only happy hour of its kind in the Philadelphia region. From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, casino guests are offered double the action at half the price: $10 table limits, two-for-one drinks, and raw bar specials.
VFCR, located at 1160 First Avenue in King of Prussia, is in a perfect location to attract customers who are leaving work for the day – according to the King of Prussia Business Improvement District (KOP-BID), there are nearly 60,000 employees in King of Prussia. Many more travel to and from work using major roadways surrounding the casing – Route 422, 76, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
“We are providing an unparalleled happy hour experience with a new way to unwind from the work day in the in the heart of our exciting casino floor, with $10 table games and great food and drink specials,” said VFCR Chief Marketing Officer Jennifer Galle. “Happy hour is an institution in this area, and our Double Down Happy Hour offers the best way for professionals to decompress after work in the center of all the action.”
The $10 table limits apply to Three-Card Poker, Texas Hold’em, and select Blackjack and dice games. The raw bar specials include $8 for two sushi rolls, $2 for two oyster on the half shell, $2 for two oyster shooters, and $6 for half a dozen shrimp with cocktail sauce.
Double Down Happy Hour compliments other happy hour events at VFCR, including The Piano Bar at Cameo Lounge, located between famed chef and Philadelphia restaurateur Tony Clark’s two signature restaurants, Pacific Prime and Viviano. On Wednesday, the lounge offers $5 specialty drinks and $5 bar bites.
