6 oz. Filet Mignon with Butter Poached Jumbo Shrimp served with broccolini, truffled fingerling potatoes, and a red wine demi-glace.
Vanilla Bean-Butter Poached Maine Lobster served with crispy red bliss potatoes, charred asparagus, and drawn butter.

N.Y. Style Cheesecake served with blueberry and lemon compote, freshly whipped cream, and chocolate tuile.
