WINE FLIGHTS

KEEPING IT FRESH

N/V LAMBERTI, PROSECCO, Veneto, Italy

2016 PINOT GRIGIO, RIFF BY LAGEDER, Venezia-Guila

2013 SAUVIGNON BLANC, Nobilo, Marlborough, New Zealand

A luscious and light pre-dinner commencement. This tour begins with a smooth and bubbly tingle, ripe fruits and lasting flavor that will surely stir your appetite. You’ll then move along to the pinot grigio; crisp and well balanced with notes of apricot and white peach on the nose, while your palate will find an ending satisfaction of green apple and white pepper. Finally we complete the experience with sauvignon blanc; truly a new world wine as we serve this right from our wine-by-the-keg system. Fresh and free from any oxidation, this glass will show hints of tropical fruits like mango and passion fruit. This line-up bodes well up against our Roasted Beet Salad, Free Range Chicken or Verlasso Salmon.

FALL INTO SUMMER

2016 ROSÉ, DOMAINE DE GUILLAMAN, France

2013 PINOT NOIR, BOGLE, Clarksburg, California

2012 PINOT NOIR, LOVE NOIR, California

For the curiosity in us, we travel down the rosé/noir trail. This is a pairing of wines that is interchangeable with a variety of dishes, including our Fish of the Day, Scallops or even a Filet Mignon. As we begin, we find an attractive and light note of spice and vanilla, ending with a flavor of white fruit and citrus. This is accomplished by using two varietals of the classical and highly rated Bordeaux style; Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon. As we taste the middle tier, we move west to California. Bogle Pinot Noir provides notes of dried fruits & earthy tones due to their unique combination of soil, climate & geography. Finally, we complete our summer line up with a staff favorite; Love Noir. And this wine will truly make you feel just that, with its silky soft profile of red berries, herbs & roasted nuts, it’s sure to please your taste buds whether you enjoy it alone, or invite it to accompany one of our recommended dishes.

THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL

2013 MALBEC, GRAFFIGNA, San Juan, Argentina

2014 ‘ROSSO DI NAPA’, CA’ MOMI, Napa Valley, California

2014 CABERNET SAUVIGNON, Villa San-Juliette, Paso Robles, California

With our third flight option, we confirm the title “The Bold & The Beautiful”. Complete with a phenomenal malbec with a deep violet definition emitting an aroma of black licorice and blueberry crumble. And as we taste, you’ll find dark chocolate with evidence of blackberry jam all while finishing with minerals and cherry. And as we move back to California again, we build up to the finale with a medium but rich body, while encompassing all of the classic mannerisms of a big & bold Cab. This steak house favorite promises a memorable glass of everything you’d expect from this grape; a dark soil and wild forest nose, complimented by a medium body finish of baked spices and subtle oak. This pour will surely seal the deal with our Rock Shrimp Chowder, Colorado Lamb Chops, or even our Bone-In Ribeye. The gaminess and texture of these steaks will more than suffice the power of this blend.

A GLASS HALF FULL

Select your favorite varietal from one of the above and receive a full 5 oz pour for your enjoyment.

We strive to create an enjoyable experience with our hand selected options provided by our Chefs and Beverage Team. We also hope to share with you, our love and passion for great food & enticing beverages in line with our suggestions above.
