Revolution Chop House will be CLOSED for a private event on Tuesday April 4th. 

Join the revolt against the ordinary at Valley Forge Casino Resort’s Revolution Chop House, a classic Americana steakhouse with a rebellious bent.

With a nod to neighboring Valley Forge National Park, the spirit of the American Revolution has been imbued into the taste and presentation of our historically innovative classic food.

Revolution Chop House provides classic chops with an evolved experience with our variety of deliciously prepared bone-in meats including a Colorado T-bone chop, lamb and pork chops, an 18-ounce ribeye and a generous 24-ounce porterhouse from sourced by local purveyors. Feeling rebellious and are looking for an unconventional presentation? Try our signature Tomahawk Ribeye for two, served tableside by the chef for a personalized dining experience.

Our revolving menu “Outside the Chops,” features a monthly rotation of appetizers, salads and entrees, which will focus on monthly seasonal themes.  Our vegetables will be sourced from local farms and updated seasonally.

You’ll find our extensive wine list offers just the right selection to pair with our delectable meat, chicken and seafood offerings, and Revolution Chop House’s innovative mixologists create unique, seasonally prepared drinks.

Take the elevator or stairs in the 2nd Level. Revolution Chop House is located next to the elevators in the Casino Tower lobby.

From the Radisson:
Turn left off the elevators from the Radisson Lobby, past The Venue, Valley Beach, and Parkview Ballroom entrance. Follow the signage for Revolution Chop House through the hallways, until you arrive in the Casino Tower Lobby. Revolution Chop House will be straight ahead.
